You have 14 days to return your order if an item does not meet your expectations.
Here is how it works:

 

How it works:
  1. First, clarify with your supplier whether you can return the goods free of charge or whether a transport fee must be charged.
  2. The supplier will approve the return in the background so that we can generate a parcel label. We will send this to your registered email address.
  3. You package the goods securely to prevent damage and attach the label to the parcel.
  4. The respective transport service provider will come to you and collect the parcel.

 

 

Support
Even though Trailer.One is not a party to the purchase contract, we still see ourselves as an important intermediary and point of contact when it comes to returns. We want both customers and suppliers to be satisfied and are therefore happy to help ensure that items are in the desired condition, regardless of legal matters. For this purpose, we have our own dispatch department, which provides fast and effective support even for complex issues.
