Shipping Information
We place great importance on ensuring that your order arrives quickly and reliably. Here you will find all important information about shipping methods, delivery times and costs at Trailer.One.
General Information
As a general rule, all prices stated on trailer.one are ex works (EXW). The purchase contract is concluded directly between the supplier and the customer. The operator of Trailer. One is not part of this contract but acts solely as an intermediary for the order.
The shipping conditions of individual suppliers may vary. Before completing the purchase, shipping methods and costs are displayed in detail and options are provided. It is possible for a shopping basket to contain items from more than one supplier. In this case, multiple shipping charges may apply. Some suppliers also offer a next-day service. The costs for this vary significantly and therefore cannot be specified in detail here.

Standard Delivery Your order is usually delivered within 1–3 working days. Shipping costs are generally around EUR 10 net per parcel. In order for the order to be processed on the same day, most suppliers require orders to be received by 2:30 pm.
|
Express Delivery If you require your goods particularly quickly, some suppliers offer express delivery. We define this as an “overnight” shipment, i.e. dispatch via overnight express service. These providers deliver the goods without requiring a signature. Upon delivery, a photo is usually taken of the parcels left at the delivery location. As a rule, the goods are considered delivered from this moment onwards, and the customer is responsible for any theft or damage.

This service may incur significantly higher shipping costs.
Special Notes
- Minimum order surcharge: Some suppliers charge a minimum order surcharge for shipments below a predefined order value.
- Bulky goods: Additional bulky goods shipping charges may apply to items with high weight or large dimensions.
- Sustainable shipping: We encourage suppliers on trailer.one to work with transport service providers that pay their drivers and employees fairly and invest in sustainable climate projects to offset CO² emissions.

Support
Even though Trailer. One is not part of the purchase contract, we still see ourselves as an important intermediary and point of contact when it comes to shipping. We want both customers and suppliers to be satisfied and are therefore happy to assist in ensuring that shipments arrive where they are supposed to, regardless of legal matters. For this purpose, we have our own dispatch department, which provides fast and effective support even for complex issues.
