Shipping and Payment Terms
We place great importance on ensuring that your order arrives quickly and reliably. Here you will find all important information regarding shipping methods, delivery times, and costs at Trailer.One.
General Information
As a general rule, all prices stated on trailer.one are quoted ex works (EXW). The purchase agreement is concluded directly between the supplier and the customer. The operator of Trailer.One is not a party to this agreement but acts solely as an intermediary for the order.
Shipping Methods

Standard Delivery Your order is usually delivered within 1–3 working days. Shipping costs are generally approximately EUR 10 net per parcel. In order for the order to be processed on the same day, most suppliers require orders to be received by 2:30 pm. |

Express Delivery If you require your goods particularly quickly, some suppliers offer an express delivery service. We define this as an “overnight” shipment, i.e. delivery via overnight express courier. These providers deliver the goods without requiring a signature. Upon delivery, a photograph is usually taken of the parcels left at the delivery location. As a rule, the goods are considered delivered from that moment onwards, and the customer is responsible for any theft or damage. |

We offer a range of payment options to make the purchasing process as simple as possible for you. The available payment methods depend on the respective sellers. They may decide whether to offer all or only selected payment methods.

Invoice Payment Once your purchase has been successfully completed, you will receive an invoice. You can conveniently settle the amount by bank transfer directly to the seller within 8 days of receiving the invoice. |

Billie Pay for your goods by invoice within 30 days. The secure and fast processing of the payment is handled by our payment partner Billie. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the Billie website, where you will be asked to enter your company name, billing address, and email address. You will then receive an invoice from Billie for your purchase, which you pay directly to Billie. |

PayPal With PayPal, you can shop quickly, easily, securely, and conveniently from home on Trailer.One while benefiting from PayPal Buyer Protection. You can select PayPal as your payment method during the checkout process. |
Although Trailer.One is not a party to the purchase agreement, we still see ourselves as an important intermediary and point of contact when it comes to shipping. We want both customers and suppliers to be satisfied and are therefore happy to assist in ensuring that shipments arrive where they are supposed to, regardless of any legal considerations. To support this, we have our own dispatch department, which provides fast and reliable assistance even in complex cases.
